PERSONAL / FAMILY / CHURCH, CIVIC, COMMUNITY INTERESTS

I grew up in Colorado on a 3,000 acre ranch and went to a very small school.  I have a very large family in Colorado who support and encourage me.  I moved to Michigan for a career opportunity and eventually became involved in real estate.  I worked for a wonderful builder who showed me the ropes. 7 years ago made Greenville my home and have loved it since.

WHAT MOTIVATES JOYCE?

It’s not about the money, it’s about the relationships.  When buying or selling real estate, probably the biggest concern a client can have is “Can I trust my agent?”  Your interests will always come before mine. I will not hesitate to pull someone out of a real estate transaction  if it is not clearly in their best interest.  It is extremely stressful selling or buying a home, I work hard to make the transaction go as smooth as possible.

WHY DID JOYCE CHOOSE THIS AS HER CAREER?

After working in the very stressful  IT industry supporting General Motors, I was looking for a career change.  We were in the process of building a home in Grand Rapids, MI and the builder said “why don’t you work for me”.  After careful consideration, I took the position and have never looked back.  I thoroughly enjoy my job and my clients.
